These terms apply to your use of the QBC Trading website, including browsing the catalog, creating an account, placing an order through checkout, tracking an order, or sending us an enquiry. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This website is both a product catalog and an online storefront. You can browse products, add them to a cart, and check out as a guest or while logged in to an account — orders placed this way are real orders, confirmed and fulfilled by us as described in sections 7 to 9 below.

For anything not covered by checkout — bulk/trade pricing, items marked “Contact for price”, or special requirements — you can reach us through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone, or email, and we agree the order, price, quantity, and delivery with you directly.

• You do not need an account to place an order — guest checkout is available for cash on delivery and bank transfer orders.
• If you create an account, you agree to give us accurate, current information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being misused, or at your request.

• Stock levels shown on this site are indicative. They reflect our system at the time the page loaded and are re-checked when you check out — an item can occasionally sell out between the two.
• Product images are for illustration. Actual items may differ in shade, finish, or packaging, particularly across production batches.
• Specifications, sizes, and materials are provided in good faith. If an exact specification is critical for your use, please confirm it with us before ordering.
• We may add, change, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

• Prices shown to guests and retail accounts are retail prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Distributor, wholesale, and trade pricing is not shown publicly. It applies only to approved trade accounts, and shows automatically once you are logged in to an approved account — see our trade account page.
• Where an item shows "Contact for price", no public price has been set for it and you will need to ask us for a quote.
• Prices can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown and confirmed at the time you complete checkout, not a price you may have seen earlier.
• Prices shown do not include delivery/shipping charges unless stated. Shipping cost, where it applies, is confirmed with you separately — see section 9.

Trade account applications are reviewed manually. Submitting an application does not create an account or entitle you to trade pricing. We may approve, decline, or ask for more information at our discretion, and we may change or withdraw a tier later if the trading relationship changes.

• Adding items to your cart is not an order. An order is placed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation with an order number.
• A newly placed order is reviewed by our team before it is confirmed — for a bank transfer order, we verify the payment has been received; for cash on delivery, we contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.
• We may decline, cancel, or adjust an order (in full or in part) if an item turns out to be unavailable, if we cannot verify payment or contact details, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse — we will let you know if this happens.
• Minimum order quantities, where they apply to a product, are enforced at checkout.

We currently accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. We do not accept online card payments on this website at this time. For bank transfer, our team will confirm the correct account details and verify receipt of payment before the order is confirmed. We do not collect or store any card or bank account details through this website.

• Delivery timelines vary by location and are not guaranteed to an exact date.
• Where a shipping cost applies to your order, we will confirm it with you directly (by phone or message) before your order is finalised, and it will be added to your invoice.
• Which courier or warehouse fulfils your order is decided by us internally and is not selectable on the site.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Where goods are supplied on credit terms, ownership remains with us until payment has been received in full.

You can look up the status of an order using our Track Order page, using your order number together with the phone number or email address used on that order. If you are logged in, you can also view your own orders from your account. We use this matching check so that order details are not exposed to anyone who does not already have both pieces of information.

To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible — this is usually only possible before the order has been confirmed or dispatched. If goods arrive damaged, short, or not as agreed, tell us as soon as possible so we can check the consignment and put it right. Claims raised long after delivery are difficult to verify and may not be accepted. Specific return arrangements are agreed per order.

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose, place fraudulent orders, or send false or misleading enquiries.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, another user's account, our systems, or any data on them.
• Scrape, copy, or republish our catalog, prices, or images for a competing commercial purpose without our written permission.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site, its checkout, or its accounts, or place unreasonable load on it.

The QBC Trading name, the QBC brand, our logo, and the text, layout, and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share our pages normally, but you may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent.

This site links to our social media profiles, WhatsApp, and may link to other third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

We try to keep this website, including checkout and account sign-in, available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, or change any part of it at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as loss of profit, business, or opportunity — arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Information you provide through this website, including for accounts and orders, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute relating to them or to this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
