Trade account applications are reviewed manually. Submitting an application does not create an account or entitle you to trade pricing. We may approve, decline, or ask for more information at our discretion, and we may change or withdraw a tier later if the trading relationship changes.

Because orders are agreed directly rather than through this website, the payment and delivery terms for your order are the ones we confirm with you at that time. We currently accept cash on delivery and bank transfer.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Where goods are supplied on credit terms, ownership remains with us until payment has been received in full.

If goods arrive damaged, short, or not as agreed, tell us as soon as possible so we can check the consignment and put it right. Claims raised long after delivery are difficult to verify and may not be accepted. Specific return arrangements are agreed per order.
